FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: metering valve consists of valve case with inlet orifice and outlet orifice, of main disk inside valve case between inlet orifice and outlet orifice, of auxiliary element with drive from solenoid, of element of relief valve releasing fluid under pressure from control chamber and of release spring positioned in central orifice of main disk and setting off element of relief valve in direction of flow shutting off position. The procedure of metering valve operation consists in transfer of the auxiliary element between the position of flow shutting off and the position of flow passing. Also, there are used the element of the relief valve and the release spring. A working machine has a working tool, a hydraulic cylinder and the valve designed to drain fluid from the chamber of the hydraulic cylinder.

EFFECT: reduced cost and raised reliability of hydraulic circuit.
