SUBSTANCE: valve movement control device (100) of internal combustion engine includes balance beam (110) having the first section (111) and the second section (113). Balance beam (110) is installed so that it can be rotated about axis (115) located between the above first and second sections (111, 113). In addition, the above device includes actuating device (120) providing the actuation of the first section (111) of balance beam (110) and valve unit (180) designed for actuation of the second section (113) of balance beam (110). Damping device (130) is hinged to the first section (111) of balance beam and provides damping of movement of the above balance beam (110) about axis (115). Control method at least of one valve of combustion chamber of internal combustion engine, and internal combustion engine equipped with valve movement control device, are described.
EFFECT: decrease in resistance force at back-and-forth valve movement.
