FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used in estimation of malignant disease course in patients with osteogenic sarcoma and Ewing's sarcoma at stages of neoadjuvant autoplasmochemiotherapy. For this purpose before beginning first course of chemical therapy and before each further course index of vitamin E concentration in blood is determined. If vitamin E concentration reduces in process of treatment, conclusion about process generalisation is made. If concentration increases or no change in said index occurs, conclusion about process stabilisation is made.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate individual dynamics of malignant process development in process of performed autoplasmochemiotherapy and to change therapeutic tactics in due time.
