SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to oncology, and aims at prediction of Ewing sarcoma generalization in children. After the surgical stage of the treatment, the complex and combined therapy of Ewing's sarcoma is used to assess the expression of the ZEB-1 marker in the primary tumor tissue by immunohistochemistry. If the level of ZEB-1 is equal to 60% and more, generalization of the tumor process is predicted within 5 months.

EFFECT: invention allows predicting the generalization of the tumor process in Ewing's sarcoma in children at the surgical stage.
