FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology. Apex of greater trochanter is cut off. Detorsion-varus extension osteotomy of proximal hip part is performed, with resection of bone fragment of wedge-like of trapezoidal shape with lesser trochanter as base, whose size is determined by planned value of correction and decompression. Iliopsoas muscle is cut off. Internal-rotational contracture is eliminated by correction of excessive antetorsion and additionally for value of turn, necessary for correction of faulty hip position, cervical-dyaphyseal angle is corrected to age norm. Residual flexion faulty hip position is eliminated by additional extension turn of proximal fragment in saggital plane. Fragments are fixed with L-shaped plate, apex of greater trochanter with abductor muscles are displaced backward, laterally and distally and fixed to posterior-lateral surface of trochanter region with hip abduction not less than 10 degrees with muscular tension.
EFFECT: method ensures recovery of support function of hip joint in patients with cerebral palsy, improvement of anatomical bone parameters of hip stability and acetabulum.
