FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: detorsion-varus osteotomy of a femur is performed. A bone wedge that is a graft with a base facing inwards is cut out of the femoral bone in intertrochanteric region using a saw, and preserved. Femoral fragments are fixed with a plate in a position achieved by correction of a neck-shaft ankle. That is followed by performing a transverse osteotomy of an iliac bone along a coxal line with a proximal fragment displaced outwards. A canal is formed with a chisel along a lower surface of the proximal fragment, wherein the preserved bone wedge graft is knocked down. The pelvic bone fragments are pinned in the correction position.
EFFECT: method allows reducing a risk of a recurrent deformity.
