FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy. Proposed device comprises lifting valves arranged between cooler roll table rolls. It comprises also straightening flutes arranged parallel with said valves and braking electromagnets built in under straightening flute first pass, pickup to control position of rolled stock front ends in straightening flute and electromagnet control unit. Besides it includes pickup to measure amount of ferromagnetic phase in rolled stock. Also, it incorporates cooler located in receiving roll table line ahead of valve tripper and computer unit to calculate braking force related to said amount of ferromagnetic phase in rolled stock and connected with braking electromagnet control unit.
EFFECT: stabilised forced braking of adjacent rolled strips with different ferromagnetic properties.
