METHOD TO DRY MOULDED CERAMIC ITEMS Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC F26B3/04 F26B9/06

Abstract RU 2427772 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: green bricks are dried in driers made of wood, cell structure of which makes it possible to absorb excess moisture in case of high moisture and to release moisture in case with dry air.

EFFECT: even drying of items is achieved in their full volume, not exceeding specified moisture gradients, reduced time of drying since there is no condensate on green bricks, making it possible to use speed drying modes, elimination of drying cracks formation, which in the end increases quality of finished ceramic bricks.
