SUBSTANCE: system comprises a unit of information collection and processing, connected with a bidirectional link along a serial code with an operational board accumulator, a secured board accumulator, with a control panel, a board system of information display, with a digital converter of board radio station and equipment of ground information processing. The unit of information collection and processing, the operational board accumulator and the secured board accumulator are equipped with modules of summary accrued operation time, connected to common busbars of according units. The feature of the data registration system is the fact that the units are joined with a bidirectional link along the serial code, and modules of summary accrued operation time are introduced for units.

EFFECT: expansion of system functional capabilities and provision of input data reliability monitoring, due to development of operational board accumulator feedback, a controller of secured accumulator and a control panel with a unit of information collection and conversion.
