SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to assess a preferable level of technical systems (TS) unification with the purpose to minimise costs for TS design and manufacturing at sufficient level of their efficiency. The device comprises groups of input registers, an input register, groups of multiplication units, a division unit, a group of summators, a group of subtraction units, a group of delay elements, a group of division units, a group of output registers, a group of indication units, a clock pulse generator and a pulse distributor.
EFFECT: increased optimisation of device operation to assess a level of technical systems unification.
