The apparatus comprises six groups of input registers, four groups of multiplier units, an input register, a divider unit, a group of adders, a group of subtractor units, a group of delay elements, a group of divider units, a group of input registers, a group of display units, a clock-pulse generator, two pulse distributors, a switch and a cumulative counter.

EFFECT: high accuracy of estimating the preferred level of unification of engineering systems by taking into account the difference in time of use of different components thereof.
