FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: early fire detection device includes gas sensors, matching amplifiers, analogue-to-digital converters, mciroprocessor, shaper of light and sound alarm signals, indicating lamp, audio warning device, modulating code shaper, master generator, phase manipulator, power amplifier and transmitting antenna. Dispatch observation station includes receiving antenna, high frequency amplifier, heterodyne, mixer, intermediate frequency amplifier, phase-splitting circuit on two by two, the first and the second narrow-band filters, phase double, phase shifter through 90°, phase detector and recording unit. Bracelet put on a person with limited liabilities, deaf person or the patient whom sleeping medicine was given for the whole night includes receiving-transmitting antenna, duplexer, high frequency amplifier,demodulator of phase-shift keyed signals, the first and the second multipliers, narrow-band filter, low frequency filter, amplitude limiter from below, light-emitting diode and vibrator. Nurse area includes m processing channels, each of which consists of high frequency amplifier and demodulator of phase-shift keyed signals (j=1, 2,…, m), which are in-series connected to receiving antenna. Comparing unit the second input of which is connected to output of memory unit, and display panel, are in series connected to outputs of demodulators.

EFFECT: larger functional capabilities of the method and device by means of individual fire warning of people with limited liabilities and call of medical personnel.
