SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of household goods and may be used as a sliding support for tables, chairs, armchairs. The telescopic leg support comprises an outer part and an inner part. The inner part is made of two parts with a clearance for a controlled wedge, which is installed and rests so that it is in the clearance between the parts making the inner part, and in case of rotation it unwedges them in the outer part.
EFFECT: provision of simple adjustment and fixation of the telescopic leg support.
