METHOD OF SUPPRESSING IMPACT OF ADDITIVE INTERFERENCE ON ELECTRIC CARDIOSIGNAL AND DEVICE FOR ITS REALISATION Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC A61B5/04 A61B5/402

Abstract RU 2428107 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine. Method lies in the following: in each cycle of heart beat from additive mixture of ECS and interference section, corresponding to ECS TP-segment is picked out, forming sequence of pulse packs, filled with additive interference signal. Sequence is supplied on inlet of filter made on basis of band filter with central frequency equal to frequency of additive interference. Signal from filter outlet is amplified and subtracted from signal of initial additive ECS with interference, which is preliminarily delayed for time of filter delay. Device contains unit of isolating time interval, corresponding to TP-segment of ECS, key element, filter made of basis of band filter with central frequency, equal to frequency of additive interference, amplifier, delay unit and subtracting unit. Inlet of unit of time interval isolation is connected with first inlet of key element and with inlet of delay unit, with formation of device inlet. Unit of time interval isolation is connected to single inlet of key element, whose outlet is connected to filter inlet. Filter outlet is connected with amplifier inlet. Amplifier outlet is connected to first inlet of subtracting unit, whose second inlet is connected to outlet of delay unit. Outlet of subtracting unit is outlet of device.

EFFECT: group of inventions will make it possible to weaken impact of additive interference on electric cardiosignal without distorting components of signal itself.
