FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to repair of machine parts, particularly, to reconditioning gear wheel teeth. Gear wheel is heated and two teethed rolls are used to produce wedge-like grooves on each tooth for wear compensating mix to be fitted therein. Said mix represents viscous self-hardening metal powder mix with epoxy resin and hardener. Teeth are reheated to 250°C, reduced and rolled by two toothed rolls for reduction and calibration. Proposed device comprises burnishing machine with two pairs of toothed rolls, clamping device and inductor arranged on foundation to displace thereon. Note here that toothed rolls for extrusion, reduction and calibration are fitted on common axles with teeth shift through angle γ relative to each other.
EFFECT: reduced labour input.
