FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: opening device 2 comprises neck 4 closed be membrane 9, nozzle 8 extending from neck 4 and pull-out ring 11 extending from membrane 9 inside nozzle 8. Moulding unit 1comprises first and second dies 15, 16 interacting on one of bore with web 3 to make closed cavity and moving for separation from web 3. Moulding unit 1 comprises also first 20 and second 21 female dies to form first and second volumes 28, 29. Female dies 20, 21 may move relative to web 3 to separate opening device 2 from volumes 28, 29. Moulding unit 1 comprises also one drive 22 to displace one of dies 15, 16 and female die 20, 21 toward/from web 3. In compliance with proposed method, packing material perforated web 3 is fed in direction D of displacement. First and second dies 15, 16 are driven to interact with web 3 on one of bores to form closed cavity 19. Then, first and second female dies 20, 21 are fed into cavity 19 to form first and second volumes 28, 29 arranged between first and second female dies 20, 21 and having the same shape that pull-out ring 11 has. First and second female dies 20, 21 and at least one of first and second moulds 15, 16 are diverted from web 3 by one drive 22 to detach opening device 2 and remove it from cavity 19 by feeding web ahead. Then, first and second female dies 20, 21 and at least one of first and second moulds 15, 16 are moved toward web 3 by drive 22. Now, opening device 2 is removed. Note here that drive 22 is connected with element 35 jointed, in its turn, with first female die 20.
EFFECT: moulding of opening device with pull-out ring extending from membrane inside and to preset distance from neck.
