SUBSTANCE: open packaging device made of sheet packaging material (2), said sheet packaging material (2) comprising at least first layer (4) and second layer (5a, 5b, 6, 5c) and having opening (9) formed in said first layer (4) and sealed with covering portion (10) of said second layer (5a, 5b, 6, 5c), opening device (3) being made of plastic material molded on said coating portion (10), and, in turn, comprises spout (12) forming pouring hole (16), and wall portion (11) covering said pouring hole (16), wall portion (11) forms together with said covering portion (10) user-removable sealing portion (15) of said spout (12), weakened region (14) is located between said wall portion (11) and said spout (12). According to the invention, said coating portion (10) covers said weakened region (14). Molding device for forming opening device (3) on sheet packaging material is also described.
EFFECT: open device and apparatus for forming opening device on sheet packaging material are provided.
