FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: heat resistant alloy on base of nickel for production of items by method of pellet metallurgy consists of wt %: carbon - 0.02-0.10, chromium - 7.0-10.0, cobalt - 12.0-15.0, tungsten - 5.5-6.5, molybdenum - 3.5-4.5, titanium - 3.5-4.5, aluminium - 3.5-4.5, niobium - 1.5-3.5, hafnium - 0.1-0.4, vanadium - 0.05-0.2, boron - 0.005-0.05, zirconium - 0.001-0.05, magnesium - 0.001-0.05, cerium - 0.001-0.05, scandium - 0.001-0.05, manganese - 0.001-0.5, silicon - 0.001 - 0.5, iron - 0.001-0,1, nickel - the rest at simultaneous maintaining following ratios: summary contents of chromium and cobalt ≤22.8 wt %, summary contents of molybdenum and tungsten ≥9.5 wt %, summary contents of basic elements forming strengthening γ'-phase of titanium, aluminium, niobium and hafnium ≥10.0 wt %.
EFFECT: raised strength at room temperature, durable strength and resistance to low-cycle fatigue.
