FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-resistant nickel alloys for production of articles produced by method of pellet metallurgy and intended for operation at high loads and temperatures, for example in gas turbine engines. Alloy contains, wt. %: carbon - 0.03-0.08, chromium - 9.0-11.0, cobalt - 14.0-16.0, tungsten - 5.5-6.5, molybdenum - 3.2-3.8, titanium - 3.8-4.2, aluminium - 3.4-4.2, niobium - 1.5-2.2, hafnium - 0.2-0.4, boron - 0.005-0.055, zirconium - 0.001-0.055, magnesium - 0.01-0.06, cerium - 0.001-0.055, nickel - the rest. Alloy has grain size of 35-40 mcm, and is characterised by high characteristics of long-term and short-term strength in the entire range of operating temperatures, plasticity at hot and cold treatment.
EFFECT: higher reliability of service life of items of disclosed alloy.
