FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: scanning device for survey of operating wells consists of module of sensors made in form of elongated case. Temperature gauges, a pressure gauge, a thermo-conducive flow metre, a couplings locator, a unit for orientation of trailing electrodes, a channel of gamma-ray logging and a multi-lever flow metre are installed in the module. The flow metre is secured at the end of sensors module. The device is additionally equipped with moisture sensors installed in the module of sensors. The trailing electrodes of the moisture sensors and temperature gauges are uniformly spaced relative to each other around circumference in plane of cross section of the device. Also, the trailing electrodes of moisture sensors or trailing electrodes of the temperature sensors can be built-in into self-opening rods of a lever system of the flow metre. The trailing electrodes of the temperature gauges and the trailing electrodes of the moisture sensors can be uniformly spaced one relative to another around circumference in plane of cross section of the device and built in into self-opening rods of the lever system of the flow metre. According to other versions the device can be additionally equipped with a lever centrator installed on a free end of the sensor module. Also, the trailing electrodes of the temperature gauges are built in into self-opening rods of the lever system of the flow metre or into rods of the lever system of the centrator, while the trailing electrodes of the moisture sensors are also built-in into the self-opening rods of the lever system of the flow metre.

EFFECT: raised efficiency of evaluation of actively operating thickness of collectors of hydrocarbon and water entry.
