SUBSTANCE: method of increasing the lower sensitivity threshold of the well flowmeter is that the increase of central flow velocity occurs due to the reduction of its cross section in the dynamic cone of the additional flow as a result of combinig several flows which, according to the ejection effect, simultaneously arrive via separate conical channels from the input windows located on several levels in order to increase thereof areas without increasing the diameter of the device to a single measuring channel. In this case the primary increase in each individual flow velocity occurs as early as when it passes through conical channels due to the continuity of the flow. For implementing the method the well flowmeter module has a body with its upper and lower passages, a hydraulic measuring channel with its input and output windows, primary and secondary flow rate converters to the electrical signal and a through electrical channel for other modules. The input and output windows of the measuring channel located respectively above and below this channel have several levels composed of funnel-shaped conical surfaces (truncated cones) which are dividers and form adjacent channels connecting each level with measuring channel separately. At that, the truncated cones with thereof smaller diameter ends are directed toward the measuring channel and are coaxially inserted into each other forming a cascade of ejection elements. And their bases are in a certain distance from each other along the axial line to form windows and attached therebetween by adapters of upper and lower device units as well as with the body of the measuring channel by longitudinal stiffness ribs creating uniform body that has no structural elements.

EFFECT: expansion of the measurement range towards low production rates and increase in reliability of the well flowmeter module.
