FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: cooking panel (1), mainly designed for domestic application, includes upward directed upper cover (2) and at least one first gas burner (3) which in its turn includes the first flame spreader (310) providing the functional connection of the first burner (3) to outer side of the above cover (2) and having the first flame outlet holes (34) which in their turn have outlet parts which are at least partially directed upwards and form the first crown (32) which restricts and at least partially envelopes the first part (33) of cooking panel (1), and secondary air supply channel (36) passing at least partially inside cooking panel (1) between inlet part and outlet part (362), through which the secondary air is discharged to environment and which is made in the above first part (33); at that, outlet parts of the first flame outlet holes (34) are oriented upwards at an angle of 0° to 30° to horizontal plane.

EFFECT: invention allows reducing CO and NO_x emission to atmosphere and providing uniform food cooking.
