SUBSTANCE: kitchen gas burner includes splitter (30), gas collector (50) and bowl (40); at that, the above bowl (40) is arranged between the above gas collector (50) and the above splitter (30); at that, bowl forms protection against thermal radiation between collector (50) and splitter (30). Splitter (30) has restricted thermal contact to bowl (40). Splitter (30) contacts bowl (40) in restricted surface area in order to restrict heat conductivity between splitter (30) and bowl (40). Kitchen gas burner includes insulation between splitter (30) and bowl (40). Kitchen gas burner includes insulation between bowl (40) and collector (50). Bowl (40) forms lower side of passage which allows supplying primary air to the above mixing device (35). Gas collector (50) and the above bowl (40) are located at some distance from each other by means of stops (70, 72, 74) protruding vertically between the above gas collector (50) and the above bowl (40). At least one of the above stops (70) includes the wall at least of one upward directed passage (71) from the above collector (50), by means of which the above collector (50) supplies the gas to the above mixing device (35). Minimum distance between the above collector (50) and the above bowl (40) is approximately 5 mm. Splitter (30) has surface area (47) contacting the above bowl (40) between 5 and 20 square millimetres. Collector (50) has two structural parts.
