FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method for determining dynamic inductance of reactor consists in the fact that inductance is calculated in increase and decrease sections as per measured values; one of the values is k instantaneous voltage values on reactor, and the other one is k instantaneous current values of reactor, as ratio of product of section duration by average voltage value of reactor, after deduction of voltage drop on its active resistance, to current increase in increase and decrease sections; then, arithmetical average of two inductances of reactor is determined. The device implementing this method is also proposed.

EFFECT: higher determination accuracy of dynamic inductance of reactor, lower power and cost of test equipment.
