FIELD: instrumentation.

SUBSTANCE: device contains sine voltage generator, AC voltage amplifier, H-type core applied to the tested electrotechnical steel plate, current sensor, first and second functional units, two-channel digital oscillograph. At poles of the H-type core the similar magnetizing coils are installed, at that bottom and top coils (3, 4, 5, 6) are matched connected with each other, and pair of top coils (3, 4) and pair of bottom coils (5, 6) are connected in opposite. Inside the core poles, at their ends the similar measuring windings are located. Windings of core left and right parts (13, 12, 11, 10) are connected with each other in series and opposite, and pairs of left windings (11, 10) and right windings (12, 13) are matched connected in series.

EFFECT: possibility magnetic induction and magnetic field strength determination for area of electrotechnical steel plate, at that shape and size of plate can be larger then end surface of the applied measuring transducer.
