SUBSTANCE: device includes thyristor converter, current sensor, intensity setting mechanism, the first and the second adders, the first and the second integrators, the first and the second speed sensors, summing amplifier, non-linear and linear line elements of current cutoff, integral-differential unit and three amplifiers. Besides, it includes the third adder, reset voltage setting unit, module separation unit and the fourth adder.
EFFECT: decreasing capacity of integrators at technical implementation of the device on digital elements.
