SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of recipe components, extraction of liquid vanilla with liquid carbon dioxide to separate the according miscella, cutting of rustic tobacco and liquorice root and their drying in the microwave field at the specified process parameters. Then they are mixed, impregnated with the separated miscella with simultaneous pressure rise, the pressure is reduced down to atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of the mixture. Sublimation and removal of the carbon dioxide is carried out with simultaneous swelling of the mixture, addition of plum juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water. Then the mixture is formed to get the target product.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce a new non-smoking nicotine-containing product made of rustic tobacco, with improved organoleptic properties and extended shelf life of the product, with reduction of losses of aromatic substances and nicotine in initial raw materials.
