FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: cloves are extracted with liquid carbon dioxide to separate the according miscella. Rustic tobacco and liquorice root are cut and dried in the microwave field at the specified process parameters, mixed, impregnated with the separated miscella with simultaneous pressure rise. The pressure is reduced down to the atmospheric value with simultaneous freezing of the mixture, then sublimation is carried out and carbon dioxide removal with simultaneous swelling of the mixture. Plum juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium citrate and/or magnesium citrate and water are added to the mixture. The produced mixture is formed to get the target product.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce a new non-smoking nicotine-containing product made of rustic tobacco, with improved organoleptic properties and extended shelf life of the product, with reduction of losses of aromatic substances and nicotine in initial raw materials.
