FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: mixture is made at the following ratio of the weight components with the accuracy of 2%: rustic tobacco - 400; liquorice root - 300; quince juice concentrate, in terms of 70% content of dry substances, - 90; sugar syrup, in terms of 70% concentration - 90; calcium and/or magnesium citrate - 70 and water up to 1000. The mixture is made in the following way: tarragon is extracted with liquid carbon dioxide to separate the according miscella. The rustic tobacco and the liquorice root are cut, separately dried in the microwave field until residual moisture is around 20% with the microwave field capacity that ensures heating of every type of raw materials to the temperature inside pieces making 80-90°C, for at least an hour. Then the rustic tobacco and the liquorice root are mixed, impregnated with the separated miscella with extract content of 0.03% of the mass of impregnated mixture of the rustic tobacco and liquorice root with simultaneous pressure rise, the pressure is reduced down to atmospheric with simultaneous freezing of the rustic tobacco and liquorice root mixture. Then sublimation is carried out, carbon dioxide is removed with simultaneous swelling of the mixture from the rustic tobacco and liquorice root, quince juice concentrate is added to it, as well as sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water, the produced mix is formed to produce the target product.
EFFECT: produced non-smoking nicotine-containing product made of rustic tobacco has improved organoleptic properties and extended shelf life of the product with reduction of losses of aromatic substances and nicotine in initial raw materials.
