FIELD: production of non-smoking nicotine-containing products.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the production method of non-smoking nicotine-containing products. The method includes the following operations. The compound components are prepared, the cinnamon laurel is extracted with fluid carbon dioxide with separation of the corresponding miscella. The shag tobacco and the licorice root are cut, dried in the microwave field till the residual moisture reaches the level of 20 % with the microwave power allowing to heat the raw material up to the temperature inside the pieces of 80-90°C, for at least 1 hour. The shag tobacco and the licorice root are mixed, saturated with the separated miscella with the extract content of 0.03 % of the mixture weight with simultaneous pressure increase. The pressure is released up to the atmospheric level with simultaneous freezing of the mixture, the latter is sublimed and the carbon dioxide is removed with simultaneous bulbing of the mixture. Quince juice concentrate, sugar juice, calcium citrate and/or magnesium, water are added to the mixture. The result mixture is shaped, for example, in the form of pellets. The mixture is prepared with the following mixing ratio according to the weight within the accuracy ± 2 %: shag tobacco - 400; licorice root - 300; quince juice concentrate in terms of 70 % content of dry substances - 90; sugar juice in terms of 70 % concentration - 90; calcium and/or magnesium citrate - 70; water - no more than 1000.
EFFECT: extraction of a new non-smoking nicotine-containing product from shag tobacco that is characterized by the improved organoleptic features and prolonged storage life, reducing at the same time losses of flavouring substances and nicotine out of the raw material.
