FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: stratification is used in invention for separation of relatively heavy precious particles from light hollow rock in the ore. As per the first version, device for benefication of ore particles includes the housing having the first inner space with the first upper chamber, the first lower chamber and discharge hole located in the first base of the first lower chamber, the first valve located on discharge hole, working chamber having the second inner space with the second upper chamber and the second lower chamber; at that, working chamber is arranged in inner space of housing and is capable of vibration inside housing, deflector that is made in the form of flattened cone and arranged in the second inner chamber of working chamber and forming an annular channel between the second upper chamber and the second lower chamber, discharge tray located in the centre of the second base of the second lower chamber, stratification bunker located in circumferential direction of the second base of the second lower chamber; at that, stratification bunker has a hole for benefication products, the second valve located on hole for benefication products, bunker for gravitational ore supply to the second upper chamber, hole for fluid medium, which is located on housing below upper surface of working chamber and meant for introduction of fluid medium inside the housing; at that, ore can be supplied to bunker and fall under action of gravity to vibration working chamber in which ore particles are subject to stratification; at that, some particles are accumulated inside stratification bunker, and the other leave the working chamber through discharge tray and are supplied under gravitation action to the first lower chamber with water filling the housing. As per the second version, ore benefication device includes the third valve to control the flow through bunker and group of the first sensors located in vertical plane at some distance from each other and arranged inside the first lower chamber; at that, group of sensors can generate the first reading on levels of particles inside the first lower chamber and control the first valve and the third valve on the basis of the first reading.
