SUBSTANCE: at one side of the fibrous layer protective and/or decorative elements are sprayed as the layer moves in the specified direction, in particular, when the fibrous layer is still wet, so that at least one continuous ornament is formed, having at least one layer, substantially in direction of movement, which is not fully parallel to the movement direction, and an ornament that includes a sequence of separate sections; and protective and/or decorative elements of at least two various types and/or having alternate concentration are sprayed at one side of the fibrous layer, in particular, when it is still wet.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create a wide variety of ornaments with application of protective or decorative elements.
