FIELD: textile, paper.
SUBSTANCE: first paper web is made and is provided with a hole; a second blind paper web is formed, which in wet condition is combined with the first paper web. Combined first and the second paper webs are stretched between the first paper web carrying cloth and the second paper web carrying cloth; and the second paper web carrying cloth is picked up from the connected paper web for taking a fragment of a piece of the second paper web on the site of a hole on the first paper web in order to perform a through hole in the connected paper web.
EFFECT: high degree of protection against forgery of security paper.
