SUBSTANCE: material contains, wt %: carbon 0.03 - 0.05, silicon 0.2-0.3, manganese 1.0 - 1.5, chromium 11.0 - 14.0, nickel 1.3 - 1.5, molybdenum 0.8 -1.0, vanadium 0.1 - 0.2, niobium 0.04 - 0.08, titanium 0.1 - 0.2, nitrogen 0.010 - 0.015, calcium from over 0.01 to 0.05, iron and impurities - the rest. As impurities material contains, wt %: arsenic 0,005 - 0.010, antimony 0.001 - 0.005, tin 0.001 - 0.005, sulphur 0.006 - 0.010 and phosphorus 0.006 - 0.010. Summary contents of titanium and niobium does not exceed 0.24, while summary contents of arsenic, antimony and tin does not exceed 0.02.
EFFECT: usage of welding material facilitates production of added metal of martensite or martensite-ferrite class possessing high corrosion resistance in steam-water medium and high long-duration strength.
