FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of welding materials and may be used for automatic welding of pearlitic steels in producing articles in petrochemical industry and power engineering. Proposed wire is made from alloy that comprises the following components, in wt %: carbon 0.13-0.18, silicon 0.15-0.40, manganese 0.30-1.20, chromium 1.5-2.5, nickel 0.01-0.20, molybdenum 0.4-1.2, titanium 0.01-0.15, vanadium 0.05-0.25, aluminium 0.005-0.05, copper 0.01-0.06, niobium 0.001-0.01, oxygen 0.001-0.005, tin 0.0001-0.001, stibium 0.001-0.008, arsenis 0.001-0.01, cobalt 0.005-0.02, nitrogen 0.003-0.015, sulfur 0.001-0.006, phosphorus 0.001-0.006, lead 0.001-0.01, iron making the rest. Ratio of elements is constricted by relationship: (0.3Cr+5V+12Nb)/C≤13.
EFFECT: higher strength of weld seam metal at 450°C, improved plastic and viscous characteristics.
