FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: rotary actuating mechanism comprises the first element, which has the first surface with at least one route, the second element with the surface having at least one route. The surface of the second element is installed with the possibility of rotation opposite to the surface of the first element so that at least a part of at least one route crosses in the area of coverage with at least a part of the corresponding one of at least one opposite route; at the same time the crossing in the coverage area marks an anchor point made for connection with the anchor of the reversibly expanded structure with the possibility of sliding. The rotation of the first element relative to the second element brings the actuating force to the expanded structure via the anchor joint.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to ensure structure reliability.
