FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for gas-dynamic pressurisation of loading and unloading windows of draw furnace includes circulation of protective gas in chambers of gas seal due to drop of pressure in each of these chambers. Also, intensity of circulation of protective gas is controlled. Protective gas is circulated with usage of an intermediate chamber connected with outlets or inlets of two fans thus generating two independent from each other circulation circuits of protective gas motion relative to the said chamber. Excessive to atmospheric pressure of protective gas in the intermediate chamber is established and controlled in time and by value.
EFFECT: stepless control of mode of furnace aggregate packing at change of pressure of protective gas in its working space in all possible range.
