FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: device has a housing (1) which has a horizontal, slit-like receiving opening (6) for entering cards (5) into a receiving slit (4) inside the device for receiving cards. There is also a lock for closing the receiving opening (6), the lock having a blocking element (11) with packing, which passes in the longitudinal direction of the receiving opening (6) and can move while overcoming the spring force from the blocking position which closes the receiving device (6) perpendicular the plane of the receiving slit (4) to the opened position which frees the receiving opening (6). The blocking element (11) is directed with possibility of rising in the guide of the housing (1) perpendicular to the plane of the receiving slit (4) fro the closing position to the opening position and is fitted with a sealing edge (15) made from flexible plastic which passes on the length of the receiving opening (6) and which is adjacent to the lower wall (14) of the receiving slit (4) in the closing position.
EFFECT: simple design and preventing dirt from entering the device for receiving cards.
