FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminary soaking of seeding material by activated water with pH 8-10, produced by means of electrolysis. Seeds soaking is carried out in rarefied medium at the presssure of 650-680 mm of mercury column with simultaneous mixing for 5-9 minutes with drum rotation frequency of 10 rpm.
EFFECT: invention will make it possible to reduce period of seeds germination, to increase germinating ability and energy of seeds growth.
