SUBSTANCE: formula components are prepared, medang is extracted with liquid carbon dioxide to separate the appropriate miscella, low-grade tobacco and girasol are cut and dried in the microwave field at the specified parameters of the process, mixed, impregnated with the separated miscella with simultaneous pressure rise. Carbon dioxide is sublimated and removed with simultaneous swelling of the mixture. Apricot juice concentrate, sugar syrup, calcium and/or magnesium citrate and water are added, and the produced mixture is shaped to make the finished material.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce new non-smoking nicotine-containing material from low-grade tobacco, having improved organoleptic properties and extended shelf life, with reduced losses of aromatic substances and nicotine in raw feedstock.
