FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: device 10 has a coke transportation bucket 13 which has a bottom gate 11, a conical part 12 and a lifting frame mechanism 15 which includes an outer frame part 14, a surrounding conical part 12, and having the function of raising the bucket 13 and opening and closing the bottom gate 11. When raising the bucket 13, the bottom gate 11 comes into contact with the lower surface of the conical part 12. When the device 10 moves on a trolley 44 for the bucket 13, the outer frame part 14 drops and lifting rolls 40 are separated from depressed parts 39 of linking elements 38 of half-doors such that the bucket 13 can turn independent of the lifting frame mechanism 15. Parts of the outer frame part 14 of the lifting frame mechanism 15 lying on opposite sides of the bucket 13 can not rise higher than the conical part 12. The outer frame part 14 can move in the direction of the height of the conical part 12 to a raise position, in which the bottom gate 11 is contact with the lower surface of the conical part 12 for closing the opening for unloading coke, to a first lowered position in which, when the bucket 13 is on bin for loading coke, the bottom gate 11 opens, and to a second lowered position in which, when the device 10 is on the trolley 44, the outer frame part 14 is separate from the bottom gate 11.

EFFECT: device is suitable for small coke furnaces and can receive hot coke from a furnace when only the bucket turns on the trolley.
