FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: disc has a magneto-optical layer and top and bottom dielectric layers. The magneto-optical layer is a polycrystalline ferrite-garnet film with the composition Y3-xBixFe5-yOayO12 (where x=1.5-2.5; y=0-1.5). The magneto-optical layer, top and bottom dielectric layers are in electretic state.
EFFECT: high percentage yield of discs during manufacturing, high stability of their operational parameters when used in the most diverse conditions, high probability of storing information during recording, high storage stability of the recorded information.
