FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to meat processing industry and intended for meat separation from bones. The device contains a vertical framework in the form of a square section column with polyamide guides at each side. Inside the guides a slide is mounted with a section of tubular hanging rail whereon a catcher for sliding trolleys is arranged. On the column a stop bar for half carcasses treatment is fixed; the stop bar is designed in the form of two pin-connected half-frames, each half-frame has a screw mechanism for the stop bar aperture angle arbitrary adjustment; on the top of the column an additional support is placed in the form of a screw pair.

EFFECT: invention allows to improve reliability of the device in the process of operation.
