FIELD: meat industry. SUBSTANCE: installation comprises a bed with vertical guides, a slide installed in said guides, provided with a drive and a movable portion of an overhead track, a bracket with a stop for the carcass, a stop position-adjusting mechanism and a bone breaking-off mechanism secured on the bed under the stop. The stop consists of two half-frames articulated to each other and capable of changing the opening angle between them. Each half-frame is a telescopic grate. The stop position-adjusting mechanism comprises a carriage connected with the slide by a swing-down lever. The carriage is mounted on the bed guides and has spring-loaded rods which are articulated to the stop half-frames. The bone breaking-off mechanism has a grip in the form of a crescent plate capable of turning, and a bone-grabbing lever articulated to said plate. EFFECT: improved design. 6 dwg
