FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gasostatic extruder to processing of materials at high pressure and temperatures. Gasostatic extruder comprises working chamber tightly closed by top and bottom sealed plugs with support plate communicated with gas pressure source via channels in one of plugs, heat isolation cap embracing side heaters, bottom heater with heat insulation mounted on table above bottom plug support plate, table, loading barrel for processed articles arranged on said table, driven valve arranged on bottom plug aligned therewith, and gas circulation system provided with drive mounted aligned with working chamber container on bottom plug and arranged inside aforesaid valve. Gas circulation system drive is isolated from working zone. Note also that support plate has channels to suck in heated or cooled gas to communicate heated or cooled gas cavity with gas circulation system suction cavity while valve is arranged to be communicated at extreme positions with heated or cooled gas channels. In particular version, gasostatic extruder may be provided with annular barrel with its hollow bottom mounted on bottom plug support plate while its sidewall is arranged between heat insulation cap and container.
