FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment intended for processing articles from discrete and solid materials at simultaneous or combined effects of high pressures and temperatures created in gas of gasostatic extruder working chamber, and for sintering in vacuum and impregnation at pressure. Proposed extruder comprises tightly closed container stopped by top and bottom plugs to house heat-insulation cap, heater and loading bin with cover to make working chamber. Said container is communicated via pipelines with gas feed, discharge and cleaning systems. Said bin and cover are arranged in said working chamber to make gas flow guide-and-clean system. The latter comprises, at least, two vertical partitions coupled to make slot cavities. Every next partition has its closed face opposed to closed face of the previous partition while slot cavities are communicated nearby partition open face. Note here that bin top face and partition open faces are arranged under heater working zone while slot cavities, open from below under partitions, are communicated with gas discharge system and condensate tank.
EFFECT: cleaned gas release.
