FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to production of multilayer construction articles with heat insulating concrete layer with low heat transfer factor. Proposed method comprises pre-filling of moulds by concrete mixes of heat insulating and structural layers. First 800-1400 kg/m3-density layer laid, jointing layer is added formed by applying artificial sieved gravel sand, 0.5-2 mm-grain size, 5-10 mm-thick, on lower structural layer. Then mould is filled with concrete mix of heat insulating layer with mean density of 200-400 kg/m3. Mould is subjected to vibration for 150-200 s. Now, jointing layer and structural filling jobs are reiterated followed by vibration for 100-150 s.
EFFECT: higher strength of article at boundaries of layers.
