FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: formwork for manufactured panels is installed. The fittings are installed to raise the plate and pull the cables. The first outer shell containing a steel reinforcing fiber is formed on the respective surface of the raw material. A layer of low density is formed on the first outer shell. Prior to solidification of the first outer shell, the second outer shell containing the steel reinforcing fiber is formed on the low-density layer, and then it is held to strength. In this case, the cables are placed mainly in the zones of the calculated maximum load of the manufactured panels. The low-density layer is formed from the ready-made gas concrete blocks that have a water absorption capacity of 30% to 50% of their mass. In this case, by forming space between the block sides, a formwork is made for the supporting ribs of the panel.

EFFECT: improved quality of the manufactured three-layer construction panel with an increased bearing capacity and improved thermal insulation properties, the possibility of reducing the labour intensity of manufacturing.
