FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: ceramic mass for floor tiles fabrication includes a refractory clay and a zeolite-containing sandstone, characterised with a volume mass of 1680 kg/m³, density of 2700 kg/m³, fire resistance of 1160°C, mineralogical composition, including clinoptilolite, orthose, quartz, hydromica and ferruginous compounds, with the chemical composition that includes the following components, wt %: SiO₂ - 57.94; Al₂O₃ - 12.07; Fe₂O₃ - 6.05; CaO - 4.13; MgO - 2.04; K₂O - 2.18, Na₂O - 3.72; SO₃ - 0.23; ignition loss - 11.64; at the following ratio of components, wt %: refractory clay - 50-70; zeolite-containing sandstone - 30-50.

EFFECT: reduced water consumption and increased strength of products.
