FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials industry and can be used in manufacture of ceramic products for various purposes, mainly ashlar and clinker bricks. The raw mixture comprises clay of montmorillonite type and tripoli in the following ratio of components, wt %: clay of montmorillonite type - 30-50; tripoli - 50-70. At that clay of montmorillonite type of the following composition is used, wt %: montmorillonite - 44-46, hydromica - 5-7, kaolinite - 5-7, quartz - 43-45, calcite - 0.5-1.5, and the chemical composition of tripoli comprises oxides SiO2 - 70.05-71.85%; Al2O3 - 8.68-9.73%; Fe2O3 - 3.62-3.91%; CaO - 3.79-4.21%, MgO - 1.28-1.29%, Na2O - 0.15-0.16%, K2O - 2.01-2.06% of the following mineralogical composition, wt %: zeolite - 30-32; opal-christobalite - 29-31; hydromica - 18-19; montmorillonite - 10-12; calcite - 1-2; quartz - 7-8; calcite - 1-2 of the grain composition listed below: particle size 1.0-0.063 mm - 10-30%; 0.063-0.005 mm - 31-38% less than 0.005 - 40-52%.
EFFECT: enhanced durability, density, frost resistance and reduced water absorption of the products.
